Requirements
3+ years of GitOps implementation and workflow design
Expert experience with ArgoCD, Flux, or similar GitOps tools
Advanced knowledge of Git workflows and repository management
Deep understanding of continuous deployment and automation patterns
Production experience with multi-environment GitOps strategies
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and declarative infrastructure
Demonstrated track record of successful independent project delivery
Exceptional communication skills for remote collaboration across time zones
Proven ability to work autonomously and manage complex project timelines
Expert-level experience with project scoping, estimation, and stakeholder management
